PHOENIX (AP) — More than 30 Arizona communities will be getting grants for energy efficiency and conservation efforts. Gov. Jan Brewer announced the $2.7 million in grants on Friday. Vermont Chief Technology Officer Tom Evslin is retiring from state government, again. The 67-year-old Evslin was lured out or retirement by Gov.
